She is wearing the red dress set and the background are the floating islands near flarine as suggested as background by mavellee herself.
It was really fun to draw that character and I love this commission most of all so far (second place goes to the chibi MissOnly )

I still love it, pass these two years. 
Reminds me of the good times I've had on flyff. It's just so lovelly, the hair, the floating, the rose crown that always bugged me ingame but would come so cute on other people's arts!
